We are pleased to present the following organizational changes.
Ⅰ．Details of the changes
１．The Polymer Group within the Functional Resin Division will be integrated into the Domestic Group.
The Raw Materials Group will be integrated into the Overseas Group.
Ⅱ．These changes take effect as of April 1, 2024.
